Also eliminate dairy and introduce non-GMO soy, rice, oat or almond milk/cheese/spreads. Steam, grill and bake foods. 5. Meditate, do something that you like doing, get a massage etc 6. Flower essences work on the psyche and the emotions and are excellent to help with transisition of going from synthetic drugs to natural. Wendy I am depressed, and the doc thinks it is a " biological " depression, as she puts it, because it's not about some specific problems. Well, I know there is a specific problem too(sex drive), but I do feel that to be a side-effect somewhat. Anyhow, I have tried various anti-depressants, with mixed results: paxil, wellbutrin and effexor for the most part. Effexor was quite effective in dealing with my mood really. Anyhow, kinda thought it was time to come off of the meds, but now, kind of gradually I feel like I am slipping back into sadness, irritability and general 'tired-of-life' feeling. By tired-of-life I mean that sometimes I feel like it all just weighs on me too much, not like I want to die or anything. But the thing is, life is good and I have no major problems, so I don't know why I get these feelings. I don't think I have any major family history of depression, but sometimes that's hard to know. I think my dad may have had some depression in his life. margaret Find local movie times and trailers on Movies. http://au.movies.
