Guest guest
Oh, boy, headaches are so hard to figure out. Are you drinking lots of water? Are you taking garlic, that gave me a headache until I made sure I was drinking plenty of water. So many other variables I’m sure others will mention. As to the TBC (total body cleanse), I had stopped eating meat almost completely but was still eating my candy, 3 to 4 oooh, alright 5 to 6 times/week J BUT, what I did do before the cleanse was start the TN (total nutrition). I was drinking the DS (dragon snot) once and sometimes twice a day for about 3 weeks. I love that stuff. I think that’s what saved me from having major detox symptoms during the cleanse. I’d say, start the Cleanse 1, see how you do, then add the Cleanse 2 and see how you do. If you’re not feeling too yucky, then go on with it. Or, if you can take some time off during the last 10 days, then go for it. I have noticed changes unexpected since doing it. Like yesterday, I looked in the mirror and it was like “who is that?”. My hair had so much more body then usual and it had held it’s curl from the day before!! I’ve done nothing different in my hair care regime. AND, one of my patients commented “you have makeup on”! excuse me???????? I NEVER, EVER go anywhere without makeup, especially to work. I think the dark circles and bags under my eyes have diminished. WOW!! I was a 10 month baby, HEY, I wasn’t comin’ out ‘til I had eyelashes, fingernails, and hair and I’ve been vain ever since. I was a gorgeous baby, hee hee! So if someone had told me my hair and face would be better, I’d done this the minute I heard about it. And look at me jabbering here, good grief, much more energy!! Don’t get me wrong. I did hit bottom during the cleanse. Very tired the last two days of the liver cleanse and a bit spacey but I bounced back quickly and am reaping the rewards. So, dear Elizabeth, I say go for it. You will not be sorry. And there’s some great cheerleaders on this list. HOW did you do it Kelli without being here???
