She told me all about how it'll be almost impossible to get the product into regular stores because they buy huge amounts and then let it sit in warehouses and because the flour is perishable, this won't work. She really tries to make the cost reasonable considering the shipping. She also shared a dream she has: " you're driving down the road, and oh, no there's a Dunkin' Donuts. Now you KNOW you shouldn't and you might even pass that one by but oh, no, there's another one and against your much better judgement, in ya go for one of those dang muffins. But, WAIT, what's that across the street????????? It's a bakery, an Essential Eating Bakery!!!! WOW, WOW, they have muffins with sprouted flour. Bye, bye Dunkin Donuts, hello yummy muffins and NO GUILT!! " She also said she has a couple of friends who have Essential bakeries and they try to tell their customers about the special flour but they're not interested UNTIL they notice how much better they feel after eating the Essential muffin instead of a regular one. Then they're asking all about the difference and why they feel so much better. She's quite a lady and I'm sure she'll make this dream come true. She told me about the new grinder they're putting in and also told me about some of the foods she makes for herself, pasta, etc. She's working as hard and fast as she can to get this product out there so more people will know about the importance of sprouted grains and will be able to have them. Good to know, huh!! Oh, be sure to read the recipes before you buy the flour. Most of them use the Spelt. I bought two bags of whole wheat thinking that would be used the most, not so!!
