Guest guest
I say what Suzi says...PLUS CHIROPRACTIC! I used some DMSO with a vegan Deep heating balm, it was " HOT " but worked great to get some of the tension out. It's still quite stiff though after 10 days and so i know i need to have a chiropractic adjustment. I just have to find a new practioner! *smile* will you be in Germany long?
