But i really try to limit my intake of dairy and it must be organic

if i do use it.

 

Also, we substitute other dairy like products in as often as

possible. Such as home made almond milk and almond cheese (for cream

cheese or as a sandwich spread) and store bought almond cheese

(although some have milk casien in them) for use when we want

that " melty " cheese like texture.

 

Sadly, i just have not found a substitute for goat feta or Parmesean

cheese so we use these (SPARINGLY) on ocassion.

Mucous forming... as in sinus problems for one thing...

Almond milk, rice milk are good... cow's milk is not so good... do a message search on milk you can read alot.
