Guest guest
Here, Here! But i really try to limit my intake of dairy and it must be organic if i do use it. Also, we substitute other dairy like products in as often as possible. Such as home made almond milk and almond cheese (for cream cheese or as a sandwich spread) and store bought almond cheese (although some have milk casien in them) for use when we want that " melty " cheese like texture. Sadly, i just have not found a substitute for goat feta or Parmesean cheese so we use these (SPARINGLY) on ocassion.
