Guest guest
Hi Kristina: I used to have this problem mainly because I had a horrible habit of walking around the house without shoes. I broke the habit when I found the cutest little sandals and needed to do something about my feet. :-) * I soak in a foot bath every couple of weeks. I've been using ginger and sometimes herbal tea. * I bought one of those rollers where you massage the bottom of your feet while sitting. It is relaxing and keeps circulation going. * I rub olive oil on my feet and put heavy socks on about once a week. I put some old blankets at the end of the bed to protect the sheets. * I never wear nail polish (which I'm assuming is not an issue for your dad ;-) but I rub Vitamin E on my fingers and toes several times a week. * I find that if I wear socks or footies it keeps my feet better protected than open back slippers or walking barefoot. I am not ashamed of my feet anymore and I love my sandals! Hope this helps, mjd
