I have a cold, I guess.

I have had that feeling in my nose, in my nasal cavity, of cold

tingles, and I have been sneezing. At first I thought it was

allergies, and it might be, but earlier I had a temp of 101F and

then I took it again a few hours later and it was at 98.8F(my temp

is nomrally in the 95-96F range) I don't know what can cause a temp

to spike and then go down, but I didn't take anything. I feel

horrid, and now I am nauseous.

I took some triaminic(sp?), just because it was there and I have

nothing else. But do y'all know of anything that could help.

Anything for a nursing mom for allergies?

Anything for nausea?

Anything for ear stuffiness?

**NOTE: I AM EXCLUSIVELY NURSING AN 8 MONTH OLD**

Hi,

I am up with the same symptoms, but I don't know if my action plan

can be used while nursing. My stuff came on all of sudden today and

it just snowed again here. I don't know if it's related.

I drank some Peppermint Tea for my stomach, Personal Steamer with

Eucalyptus Oil for my sinuses and a few drops of Peroxide (approx 2)

in each ear and closed off with cotton balls. I also gargled with

some Baking Soda. It try to sleep or lie down on my stomach so the

mucous runs out instead of back into my head.

This might sound like overkill but I'm prone to pneumonia and I

refuse to be forced on IV antibiotics again.

I hope someone else is awake soon because I don't know if any of

this is good while nursing.

Hope you feel better soon,

mjd
