Hi...Do you have any cayenne in the house ? If so make a strong tea with it

and use a soft cloth (about washcloth size ) soaked in the cayenne tea as a

hot compress on your sinuses . Use on frontal sinus ( above each eyebrow ) ,

both sides . Use on maxillary sinus ( on each side of nose and extends

nearly across cheekbones ) , both sides as well . This should clear things

out and make you more comfortable . I am hoping so anyway . It has worked

for me . Got some drainage down the back of my throat in minutes. It will

make your skin feel burny but will not hurt you in actuality . I will be up
