Guest guest
Hi...Do you have any cayenne in the house ? If so make a strong tea with it and use a soft cloth (about washcloth size ) soaked in the cayenne tea as a hot compress on your sinuses . Use on frontal sinus ( above each eyebrow ) , both sides . Use on maxillary sinus ( on each side of nose and extends nearly across cheekbones ) , both sides as well . This should clear things out and make you more comfortable . I am hoping so anyway . It has worked for me . Got some drainage down the back of my throat in minutes. It will make your skin feel burny but will not hurt you in actuality . I will be up for a few more minutes if you have any questions. ....Mary Ostrowski - " mjdavis108 " <mjd_subs2 <herbal remedies > Monday, March 15, 2004 11:44 PM Herbal Remedies - Re: Need relief > Hi, > > I am up with the same symptoms, but I don't know if my action plan > can be used while nursing.
