Herbal Remedies - Need relief/ try this

Thanks for the idea! I just finished a Master Cleanse and don't

have anymore Cayenne. I have to get some more.

 

I have a lavender mask. Will that help for now?

 

I have a question. Today, when all this hit me I've had about six

nose bleeds. I used to get them all the time and the doctor

cauterized one side because it would bleed in my sleep. I was

worried I brought them back on by using the Cayenne in the MC. It

feels like my nose is running, but when I go to wipe it, it's all

blood.

 

Could detoxing cause the cauterization to open? Is that possible?
