It try to sleep or lie down on my stomach so the mucous runs out instead of back into my head.This might sound like overkill but I'm prone to pneumonia and I refuse to be forced on IV antibiotics again.I hope someone else is awake soon because I don't know if any of this is good while nursing.Hope you feel better soon,mjd You can Always eat a raw onion and take some garlic cloves (try for 5-6 throughout the day) You could also coat a garlic clove with olive oil and use like a suppository... And crush a garlic clove in olive oil then put a few drops in your ears. Don't you have any herbs at home? Garlic and raw onion is your best bet at this point since I have no idea what you have in herbs... Also put some cayenne pepper in a cup of tea and sip. If you have any ginger that makes a good tea as well..
