Thank you for your help.mjd If you have been doing some cleansing and the ginger bathes you may be experiencing a healing crisis! Thats a good thing. Keep up just what you have been doing and hang in there. Do you have a batch of super tonic made? If not eat raw onion and garlic as much as possible. Do you have a juicer? If so drink 1 quart a day of fresh veggie juice (minimum)... carrot, beets, celery, etc. This will also help build your immune system and help flush out toxins.
