Guest guest Posted March 17, 2004 Report Share Posted March 17, 2004 Actually Hemp seed has awesome nutirents/Protein We use an organic Hemp protein from Canada; a 1oz serving contains: 14g of protein ..8gr of Omega 3 2.6g of Omega 6 Also you can add hemp seed to just about anyting you might add sesame or flax to.
