There are no miracle cures for skin problems. The skin is a

reflection of your internal organs and how healthy or unhealthy they

are. The skin is the mirror of what's happening in the deeper layers

of the body. If your detoxification organs (intestine, liver,

kidney) are doing their job and not being overburdened (conjested),

then the skin will feel soft, and look beautiful. The skin is your

largest elimination organ and it'll take over the burden of

elimination when your detox organs are not doing their job

specifically the intestine and liver.

I have a friend who had eczema on her ankles since childhood and

applied cortison cream for more than 15+ years not realizing the harm

she was doing to her internal organs from such awful medication. When

she stopped the cortison, her legs got infected lesions of eczema.

She suffered for years looking for answers at every alternative health

practitioner (homeopath, naturopath, herbalist.....). All have

megical cures but the minute she stopped using their formulas, the

eczema would come back.

The best cure for your skin is to clean up your diet and get your

detox system working better. Cut off all stimulating foods (meat,

sugar, salt and dairy) and mostly stick with fruits and vegetables

and some grains (brown rice and sprouted grain breads). Take a lot of

whole food supplements to help with the digestive tract, nourish your

body and reduce oxidative stress (blue green algae, probiotics,

enzymes, and different sprouted grains and grasses). In 6 months, my

friend's skin looked as good as new and the awful skin disease was

gone, with this diet and supplements.

When you understand the relationship between nutrition and health,

you'll understand the miracle lies in your body and all what you have

to do is feed it well and it'll simply give you the results you want

and your skin will become radiant and healthy looking.

You can try a lotion with beta glucan, and also unheated virgin

coconut oil topically.

<does anybody have any knowledge or information about how to treat

Rosacea or any produts that would really work? Anything is appreciated.>I have rosacea and have had luck with fresh papaya and ground oats. With the papaya, I scrape the meat out of the insides into a bowl and rub it on my face. It feels cooling, doesn't sting my eyes, and seems to clean just as well as anything you'd buy in the stores, but it doesn't sting or make my face more red.I use the oatmeal (the bath kind works best, imo) to soothe my face when it's particularly painful. I make it into a loose mud (too thick is hard to rinse off). It works amazingly. I highly recommend it everyone, not just for rosacea. My main problem with my rosacea, though, is my eyes. Obviously, I can't put these things on my eyes. Namaste~~ecco.

I'm only eating whole, unprocessed, unmessed~with foods, and fresh and organic when I can find it. I eat straight from my fruit trees and veggie garden often and I've really never felt better. But, my skin has never looked worse. To eliminate sugars, do I need to eliminate fruit? I guess I'll be having my tea honey~free, too. I've cut out fatty beef all together, and only have lean beef once a week. I've also made the switch to fat~free milk. I don't think I could cut milk and cheese from my diet and still stay sane. Are there different kinds that are better? I really am up for doing whatever I can to manage my rosacea without taking minocyclene for the rest of my life. Any more info you may have would definitely be appreciated. This is actually why I

joined this group, to find out more about this topic. Thank you so much for your insight.Namaste~~ecco

I would highly suggest eliminating meat, sugar, salt, dairy, and white

flour products (keep complex carbs in your diet though, which does

include fruits and veggies, but eliminate the simple carbs). Fat-free

milk or full-fat milk - doesn't make a bit of difference - it's still

dairy. Very mucus forming and bad for your body. If you HAVE to

drink milk, I guess I would say go with goat milk which might be

better. But nobody needs milk after a baby is weaned. What about

instead of milk, go with rice milk or nut milks.
