Vanessa,You stated: "...we can't get what we need from food anymore. Supplementation is something everyone should and CAN be doing to keep their health in check."I don't mean to be disrespectful but, are you sure that you haven't been brainwashed by someone? I raised three children and I never gave them vitamin / mineral supplements or foods that were enriched. They were never vaccinated, and they never used prescription drugs or over the counter drugs. They never took even so much as an aspirin. I didn't take them to medical doctors. They were never injected with a hypodermic syringe for any reason. My twenty year old son has never spent a day sick in bed in his whole life and neither has my 18 year old daughter. I can't say for my oldest daughter because she doesn't live with me anymore but, she was very

healthy growing up. My wife and I haven't been sick in twenty years. We stopped getting the flu and other infections when we changed our lifestyle. Would you like to take a shot at telling me how I did this.I have reference numbers for people that can tell you just how healthy they have known my children to be. fight almost any disease/chronic illness and be able to fight the superbugs/viruses that are circulating out there today. A proper diet rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, B vitamins, EFA's is great BUT we can't get what we need from food anymore. Supplementation is something everyone should and CAN be doing to keep their health in check. Just be sure they are of quality because so much out there is just junk with money down the drain. Find a company that cares about your wellbeing and purchase from them. Don't rely on grocery/drug store brands to cut it. Vanessa
