Healing Rose Bath Salts

 

The natural healing qualities of the rose oil in these fragrant bath salts soothes your heart and spirit.

 

You will need:

1 cup of sea salt

1 cup of epsom salts

1/2 cup of baking soda

18 drops or rose essential oil

a large Ziploc bag

a glass jar and

a warm bath

Put all the ingredients, except the rose oil, into the Ziploc bag. Zip the bag closed. Mix the ingredients in the bag

together, gently kneading them with your fingers. As you do this chant:

 

Soothe my heart, soothe my spirit

Blessed be! So be it!

 

Continue doing this for a few minutes until the salts are completely blended. Now open the bag, and add the drops

of rose oil. Close the top. Gently knead the oil into the mixture. As you do, again chant:

 

Soothe my heart, soothe my spirit

Blessed be! So be it!

 

When the salts are completely blended, store them in the glass jar. Then draw a warm bath, and pour a half-cup of the healing bath salts

into the water. Swish the salts around to dissolve them. Step into the tub, and soak for at least five minutes. As you soak, softly chant:

 

Soothe my heart, soothe my spirit

Blessed be! So be it!

 

For best results, use up the healing bath salts within the month.
