Hi! I'm new myself and just got here. Everyone has been so kind!

What does Wildcrafting mean? I assume you mean crafting with things you find in the wild, but how, exaclty? I am highly interested in this.

Wildcrafting is gathering from nature herbs, foods and materials for crafts. I gather plants for teas and some medicinals. I also try to gather berries, greens, some mushrooms, and the like for foods. My daughter and I also gather plants and such to make crafts with (she is in 4H and I often help out with Girl Scouts)

For food plants, I was taught many of these bymy Mother or have learned about them form others and from books. The crafts, I read and then think about how to do it with what I have on ahnd or what I can gather myself.
