Guest guest
Peppermint Tea Long ago, stale breath was cured by chewing on a peppermint leaf. Still a good alternative to gum, if you'd like to give it a try. Peppermint is good for a lot of what ails you, including sore throats, nervousness, and motion sickness. Cure a sore throat by gargling with tepid peppermint tea 3 times a day. Make sure you try it when you get that first tickle in the throat. To calm down when you get that nervous, anxious feeling, mix 1.5 ounces of mint leaves with 1.5 ounces of lemon balm leaves. Now that you have the mix, steep one teaspoon of the leaves in one cup of boiling water. Wait ten minutes. Strain and drink. If you get car sick or air sick, drink 3 cups of peppermint tea every day for 3 days before your trip (the law of 3 times 3?). You might also wish to take along some tea for slow sipping to relieve nausea on the trip. Best way to make tea? Boil water. Place a tablespoon of fresh mint leaves in a cup of water. Pour in the boiling water. Cover. Wait ten minutes. If you like your tea a bit sweeter, add honey to taste. ~ Author Unknown Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. ~ Martin Luther King, Jr. Everything Natural http://health./ Everything Magick EverythingMagick/
