Guest guest Posted August 29, 2006 Report Share Posted August 29, 2006 Brie with Brown Sugar Ingredients 1 8-ounce Brie cheese wheel 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons chopped pecans 1/2 cup loosely packed brown sugar Procedure Allow Brie to reach room temperature. Melt the butter and add the brown sugar, cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, blend in the pecans and let cool to room temperature. Pour over Brie.
