Guest guest
Leg Cramp Relief This first tip comes from Ed... If I wake up with a painful knot in my calf and with my foot locked into a "stand -on-your-toes" position, I stand up and put my full weight on that foot until the heel is forced to the floor. That releases the cramped muscle, and the pain immediately disappears. Hope this helps others get relief from this very painful cramping. And the second one comes from Shawnda... Chet, what really worked for my leg cramps was to get out of bed and stretch my calves while pushing against the wall. When I was pregnant and would feel a cramp coming on, I would get out of bed as quickly as possible to stretch. Oh, one more thing.
