The instant relief comes from Wynell W... Chet, I use a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar for leg cramps, and they instantly leave. I usually put one teaspoon in about 3 oz. water. Have never used it for morning sickness; wonder if it would work for chemo sickness. -- Wynell The dietary relief comes from my early health reading before I spent many years living and eating conventionally. I had a spell when I was a hot-shot tennis-playing teenager some 35 years or so ago when I had painful leg craps at night on a regular basis.
