Guest guest
How to Soothe Ingrown Toenail Pain by Chet Day One of my son's had a nasty ingrown toenail not too long ago, so I wanted to share a technique we used to help him avoid infection while soothing the pain. To accomplish these goals, soak the toe in a solution of one part tea tree oil or grapefruit seed extract and five parts water. If you do this several times a day, life will be a lot easier and less painful. Avoid ingrown toenails by trimming regularly and straight across and by wearing properly fitted shoes. It also helps to put your foot in your mouth a few times a week, which is the reason I've personally never suffered from an ingrown toe- nail. Nah, just kidding on this one. Also, according to Ruth A: Another solution to reducing pain and expediting the healing process is to soak your foot in warm water with crushed garlic added.
