Guest guest
Chamomile Splashby Constance AndersonThis gentle cleanser smells delicious as well as being good for your skin. Thechamomile issoothing and helps give your skin a healthy glow. The small amount of applecider vinegar has agentle toning action. A wonderful morning wake-up splash.1 qt. water1/2 cup apple cider vinegar2-3 tbsp dried chamomileIn a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil. Add chamomile. Gently simmer about15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure the chamomile doesn't scorch on the bottom. After fifteenminutes, the vinegar should have a delightful chamomile aroma. Strain vinegar toremove bits ofchamomile. Add water and bottle. Keep in a cool, dry place. For longest life(and for a reallyrefreshing splash) keep in the refrigerator.A few people are allergic to chamomile, so I'd suggest testing asmall amount on the skin of your inner arm before using this produceextensively, to be sure youaren't allergic to it Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your words.Keep your words positive, because your words become your behavior.Keep your behavior positive, because your behavior becomes your habits.Keep your habits positive, because your habits become your values.Keep your values positive, because your values become your destiny. - Mahatma Gandhi Check Out My Groups: Everything Natural http://health./ Everything Magick EverythingMagick/ My Blogs: http://.blogspot.com/ http://bee-witched.blogspot.com/ http://kitchenwitchrecipes.blogspot.com/
Guest guest
This sounds really good, but I have allergies and can't drink chamomile tea. Chamomile I believe is rag weed. , " Jose and Diana Gonzalez " <joseanddiana wrote: > > Chamomile Splash > by Constance Anderson > > This gentle cleanser smells delicious as well as being good for your skin. > The > chamomile is > soothing and helps give your skin a healthy glow.
