Guest guest
Rock Pose: For better digestion. Rock pose or Vajrasana is a yoga posture done by sitting on your heels, with the spine erect, hands on the lap. The chin is slightly tucked in, in order to fully extend the spine at the level of the neck. This posture is excellent for digestion and elimination. It is said that sitting in Rock Pose allows one to digest rocks, hence the name of the posture. Different yoga exercises can be done from Rock Pose and it is an excellent alternative to meditating in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). ROCK POSE (or Vajrasana):Kneel and sit on heels (tops of feet on the ground) so that they press the nerves in the center of the buttocks. (It is named " Rock Pose " because it is said that its effect on the digestive system enables one to digest rocks). Sat Nam, Sabine.-- ¡Bendiciones!
