" What the heck... I'll give it a try! "

" I have to say I'm so glad I purchased your DebtIntoWealth

System! I was skeptical at first, so I went to the website.

It sounded good, so I figured " what the heck, " I'll give it

a try. My goal was to pay off $5000 in credit card debt and

a car loan so I could buy a new home, and get me and my 4

girls out of our 2 bedroom apartment. It worked! It's now 9

months later and ALL of my debt is paid off, and I just

signed a contract on a new 5 bedroom house! There is no

better feeling than to have NO debts, and a savings account

too! Thanks to your system, my family is going to have a

better life by not being enslaved to debt. "

Detoxing The Dinner Diva Way by Leanne Ely, C.N.C.

There are times in everyone's eating life when you just need to take a

break. In other words, you're feeling sluggish, you're out of balance, out

of whack (or whatever adjective fits the way you're not feeling yourself)

or maybe you're on a plateau and you just can't seem to get the scale to

move.

It's time to detox. Traditionally, we think of detoxing as someone going

through withdrawal from some kind of chemical dependency or addiction. And

in a sense, we're all kind of that way, aren't we? We can't live without

our coffee or our chocolate or some other comfort food that may not be

helping us feel our best.

Everyday, our bodies are subject to the normal, everyday sources of toxins

that we inadvertently either eat, breathe or absorb. From chemical

additives in food, to household cleaners to indoor and outdoor pollution,

our bodies tolerate a lot of abuse!

This is where a detox diet comes in to help your body declutter itself.

Detox diets are designed to give you a lot of nutrients while at the same

time, allowing your body to take some " time off " from the usual foods you

normally eat. I always recommend eating as cleanly as possible any way,

however doing a detox diet takes it a step further.

People who have completed a detox diet often report improved energy,

concentration, clearer skin, better regularity, better breath, digestion

and the bonus, stubborn weight loss that may not have responded before.

We have a brand new detox diet that is getting rave reviews. You can watch

my youtube.com video and get one of the soup recipes, too:

Clues to A Flattering Fit by Leslie, MissusSmartyPants

The most important tip I can share with women for dressing better has

nothing to do with the latest styles. It has to do with fit. If your

clothes fit you nicely--you look better. But how do you know your clothes

are fitting properly?

Improper fit is when your clothes pull, gape open or pucker. Any

horizontal lines in the fabric means the garment is too tight or short.

Don't settle for less than perfect fit. Try a size up or a size down, if

necessary to find the best fit. Don't get caught up on the size number-you

can always cut it out of the garment.

If you are short-waisted, try petites even if you are over 5'4 " . All

clothing manufacturers cut their clothes differently and if you think you

are normally a misses size, you may find a better fit with petites

instead.

Check the fit while still in the dressing room. Sit, stand, bend and move

around and see how the garment fits. Does is pucker or pull? Is the

garment comfortable? Better yet, look in a 3-way mirror.

Make friends with a good tailor. Sometimes you can get close to a great

fit, but the item needs minor alterations. A nice looking fitted jacket

with sleeves too long-after alterations becomes a great looking jacket!

The same is true for pants too short or skirts too long, having them

" tweaked " makes them a beautiful fitting garment and one you will wear

over and over again.

Check out the clothes already hanging in your closet with a more critical

eye (as well as the clothes you are considering buying) and make sure you

have nothing less than a flattering fit!

Hip Tips

Do you have a nifty, healthy foods tip you'd like to share? Maybe a

comment? Or tell me what you're doing to be healthier in 2008. Send it in

with your name and state (or country) and we'll use it in a future

Healthy-Foods issue!

** To answer your question: " What are you doing to be healthier in 2008? "

My goal is to " Drink half my body weight in ounces of water each day " , and

to " Eat a Rainbow " , something from every color of the rainbow each day.

The more colorful, the more nutritious!

I read the " Eat-Clean Diet " book by Tosca Reno. The way she transformed

her body in her 40's is just amazing! Eating right, avoiding processed

foods, drinking pure water, and exercising every day did that! Sounds

like a plan for me!

Thanks for the great newsletters!

Canice

**ED. NOTE: Way to go, Canice! Tosca is MY age and looks amazing. I'm

still working on it, but I'll tell you what, anything is possible when you

have the will and desire! Here's her book-great stuff:
