[Thyme for Herbs and Aromatherapy] Using a Compress -- both warm & cold

 

 

Using A CompressSome of you may know this but it's good to be reminded. This is agreat way to relieve muscular pain and sprains.Cold CompressFor recent injuries such as sprains, bruises, swellings, inflammationand headache.Warm CompressFor old injuries, muscular pain, toothache, menstrual cramps, boilsand abcesses.Add about 6 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water, either warm orcold as needed. Use a washcloth or other piece of cotton fabric. Wringout the excess water, place on area to be treated.http://www.aromathyme.com
