Guest guest
Hi Mary, It isn't really for sinus infections however, it is so good that it prevents them for me. Great stuff you will like it, it has peppers in it so it burns a bit but you get over it. It is in metered spray doses which is great on convenient. No junk in it just good old-fashioned stuff. Give it a whirl my dear! Guest guest
My family had severe sinus problems for years. My husband had at least 3 surgeries, one in the Philippines (back when they packed your head after they scraped, so really it was a 2-fer, the original scrape and then the removal of the packing...ouch). I had tonsils removed, deviated septum(s) repaired and my throat dangley thingy sewed to the top of my mouth. We were able to overcome years of being on every known steroid, decongestant, etc, using CS. We used a bulb syringe to irrigate sinuses and also drank CS. I also use warm salt water with golden seal and a bulb syringe, regularly. The CS was able to finally take care of a long infection (possibly fungal?). Because we could use it at will, we could treat it ourselves and not be at the mercy of the medical establishment. It made a huge difference in our lives and our pocketbooks. Guest guest
greetings from a lurker Mary, I had blocked nose and stuffed sinuses all my life. I have been vegetarian for 30 years so was eating a fair amount of dairy products. Then I decided to follow a vegan diet and I gave up dairy and for the past 3 years I have not had a problem at all. regards Julia

Guest guest
greetings Sorry Mary! Kefir is made with milk. From Wikipedia: Kefir is a fermented milk drink that originated in the Caucasus region. It is prepared by inoculating cow, goat, or sheep's milk with kefir grains. Kefir grains are a combination of bacteria and yeasts in a matrix of proteins, lipids, and sugars. This symbiotic matrix forms grains that resemble cauliflower. On the other hand if the blockage is physical from your injury and you enjoy the kefir, no need to sacrifice the small pleasures in life regards Julia
Guest guest
Yes Julia i know because i make the kefir my self, also they say that after the fermentation you only have left the good bacteria which its good for us, plus the kefir grains have digest all the cesin from the milk which make us allergic to milk, i hope i'm right.
