Bob,

 

Question?? Do you mean that when making the colloidal silver its only ok to use distilled water or do you mean when mixing colloidal silver in with drinking water it has to be distilled also? If so, I have been mixing the Utopia CS in with Cody's drinking water (not distilled)and I have also been drinking some of it myself but mixed in with drinking water also. I have been mixing some of it in with Bragg's apple cider vinegar.

Bonnie,

 

When MAKING CS you should only use distilled water. It's ok to mix it in with tap water afterwards. You just don't want any impurities in the water during the electrolysis lest you make some silver salts and other toxic compounds.
