thats true and it does well here in vermont, too- but imagine all the people now into herbs and the fact that bloodroot is very slow growing and the *future* does not look great...

 

 

this is a plant to protect

just because a plant thrives in one or a few places doesnt mean its overall habitat is good

I am thinking that it might be the chaparral more than the bloodroot.

It has been known to cause nausea and vomiting, though so has

bloodroot if taken in too large of doses.

 

Personally I like bloodroot quite a bit IF it is properly prepared.

The Jon Barron Blood Tonic that is recommended in my protocol has

bloodroot in it. So does Cansema capsules, and when you find Cansema

that is the real deal, it is an excellent product.
