Guest guest
Bonnie, Just the opposite Bonnie. When taking MMS you SHOULD NOT be taking antioxidants, especially Vit.C. They block the action of the chlorine dioxide because it is a powerful OXIDANT... in fact that is how it works. If you want to take anti-oxidants you should wait at least two hours after taking the MMS. Vit. C is used to stop the reaction if an overdose or strong herx is experienced. So I stopped it after I read it depletes the body of it's vitamins/minerals too. I felt good the first day with it until the evening when the problem was so severe I just couldn't believe it. Then I tried it with vinegar instead and didn't have the severe reactions I had when I took it with citric acid. However, when I read on about it and saw you have to up your antioxidants, etc. I decided to stop it. Hugs, Bonnie & Cody Get fantasy football with free live scoring.
