Hi John,I am so sorry to hear of your wife's discomfort. I ask for everybody's patience if I do not seem to reply to a post in a timely fashion. Tony is getting some much needed R & R and I am holding down the fort. He has literally been working nonstop day and night all week. Anyway..... Things are hopping in all directions over here. LOL! So, I will reply. Please don't give up on me. Thank you Renee for your suggestions. However, I do want to point out that Lobelia should not be taken internally on an ongoing basis.John, is your wife taking oleander? I believe this will help her, especially with the chemo side effects. Oleander lessens or eliminates side effects caused by chemo. The only exception is that it has no effect with regard to hair loss when using the drug Cisplatin. If she has not started on oleander, I would start her on this as soon as possible. Also, oleander is over 90% effective with most types of cancers. You can order it from Marc Swanepoel who is a member of our group at http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com. Or you can make oleander soup yourself.

The Recipe for Oleander Soup Part 2 - Tips and AdviceI must stress that should you choose to make the soup yourself it must be followed precisely. And you must make sure that the plant you use has not been sprayed with commercial pesticides. We are here to help and support you during this process and if there are any questions with regard to oleander that I cannot answer, Marc and Tony are the experts. For help with the immediate cramping, I am going to include a link from our Home Remedies section at The Best Years in Life ./Cramping.htmMake sure she takes probotics. Also, teas that will help are peppermint, chamomile, slippery elm. Gentian root will help the circulatory system. Herbs, such as valerian, skullcap, and passion flower should have a muscle relaxing effect. However, I caution you. If your wife is on any prescription meds, check with your doctor if it is safe for her to take the valerian, skullcap and passion flower. If she is on any antidepressants or sedatives, or relaxants of any kind. DO NOT TAKE THESE.John, I hope I have helped you. Please keep us apprised of your wife's progress. Our prayers are with you.Hugs, oleander soup , john ashby <jashby_joshen wrote:>> My wife is currently being treated for melanoma, she had it in her conjuntivia ( corner of her eye) and had it removed, but sadly it has moved to her lungs and brain.
