Guest guest
Other than possible topical use I will never touch so much as a drop of my own urine! Maybe I am being hardheaded but I cannot get past the idea that somehow it beneficial to recycle our waste and put waste back into our bodies that has already been eliminated. Our bodies are designed to extract the nutrition and other benefits they need from what we eat and drink the first time around and then eliminate what is not needed or not healthy via excretion, urination and sweating. Rather than try to get anything from a waste product that might have been missed the first time around, I think I will just opt for another round of fresh food and supplement items, thank yo very much! Now, the idea of having a bottle of urine around that you would have to drink if you got sick would likely have quite the beneficial effect - the same as did castor oil, buttermilk and washing my mouth out with soap many years ago. : ^ ) oleander soup , Maracuja <howdurdago wrote: > > http://www.all-natural.com/urine.html > Your Own Perfect Medicine by Martha M Christy - best book I ever read on the subject. Guest guest
Yeah, I understand. My thoughts were that if I were sick, then even though my urine would be sterile, it would be filled with the toxins from the illness. How good could that be for you? But apparently that's the key--the body is making its own nosodes, or homeopathic remedies for these problems. By ingesting these nosodes/remedies, you take care of the problem the same as if you sat and figured out which homeopathic remedy to take from the thousands that are out there. Which just happens to include urine. And of course, lots and lots of products are already made of urine. Murine for the eyes is made from it. Premarin is horse urine. So I guess it wouldn't be a stretch to drink your own. Though as I said--I haven't gotten up the nerve yet. Lol And as I said--kind of like oleander :-) --this method actually has thousands of years of proven use. The wolf cured itself of cancer by peeing on his own food. Gives us something to think about. Or those of us who are braver than I am. ;-) Samala, Renee ---- Other than possible topical use I will never touch so much as a drop of my own urine!
