Guest guest
Standard Process - available through Nutramart.com Cataplex B really, really exceptional and very affordable. I am not affiliated with them in anyway. Check it out. Guest guest
If I were going to begin supplementing with a B complex, I would not get the "strongest" one available, but possibly B-50 from GNC and supplement twice a day. My body can only absorb what it can absorb at any one time. So taking more than you can absorb will only result in some very expensive, "stongest" urine. Something you may consider when taking B vits is that you NEED Omega acids to get them through the blood brain barrier. That means pick up some fish oil too. Guest guest
Standard Process is not the strongest unless you take a lot of it. They do happen to be some of the purest in the way that they are manufactured. GNC and some of the others are synthetic - which amount to the same thing as taking drugs to your body. The liver has to process them. Standard Process cataplex b is more bio avaiable. Just a thought. Guest guest
I guess this might be a matter of opinion, but Standard Process vitamins are not necessarily the best unless you are a chiro or buy from a chiro. ;o) And GNC almost never has the best in supplements. There are many that are more food-grade and have little to no fillers/binders. Tablets almost always have more fillers/binders than a capsule or a liquid. A liquid B-complex would be the most bio-available. Just make sure to look at the “other ingredients.” Be Well Loretta Standard Process is not the strongest unless you take a lot of it. Guest guest
Like health food stores, it appears that a few brands like Standard Process and Nature's Sunshine have successfully marketed their way into the chiro market. Now, I think Standard Process and Nature's Sunshine compare favorably with most companies out there, that certainly does not make their products the best. In fact, I KNOW they are not the best when it comes to colloidal silver. I hear that Oasis Wellness has some quality products. Oh, btw, did you see who recently signed up as an affiliate? : ^ ) oleander soup , " Dr. Loretta Lanphier " <drlanphier wrote: > > I guess this might be a matter of opinion, but Standard Process vitamins are > not necessarily the best unless you are a chiro or buy from a chiro. ;o) > And GNC almost never has the best in supplements. > > > > There are many that are more food-grade and have little to no > fillers/binders. Guest guest
Yes Marva, that is the one I use. It is only one a day too with a good amount of milligrams of each B. I ordered back when Mike Adams recommended it on his newsletter. Guest guest
I hope you caught the point I was trying to make which was not the quality of the product consumed, but the bioavailability. Taking 500 mg once a day is not the same as taking 100 mg, 5 times, or even 250 mg, twice. Our bodies can only absorb a certain amount at one one time.
