Guest guest
Marva,You are wise in not taking Xanax. It is the road to addiction and unwanted side effects. Even though you will feel like it works at the beginning, your body will build more and more tolerance resulting in the need for more and more. Starting to take Xanax is the beginning of a terrible roller coaster ride. Get all the processed foods out of your diet, sugars, sweeteners, fast foods, junk foods and you will feel better.Colloidal Gold will uplift your mood.Omega 3'sTrace MineralsIodine supplementationMagnesium and calcium If you are not on any prescriiption medications, certain herbs will help you.St. John's WortValerian RootPassion FlowerSkullcapwww.nativeremedies.com has a product containing these herbs that is wonderful called MindSoothe. They also have a product called Triple Complex Nerve Tonic that consists mostly of magnesium. It is subliminal and works right away. You will notice that this might very well calm and ease your depression. Guest guest
Bless your heart Marva. You have a lot on your plate. The thing is, that it is normal to be sad under these conditions. This is part of the living with emotions that I posted about a few days ago. Yet, this doesn't help, I know. Did you say you live in Europe? Or am I mixed up? If you do, I hope they ship overseas. The Native Remedies products are good ones. If not, I would recommend that you find a naturopath that would be able to help you with this. Diet and supplements are very important, but life's little curves also affect us. Yet, keep yourself healthy, as if don't, the depression gets much worse. I hope you can feel this (((((((big virtual hug))))))). Love and Hugs, oleander soup , dgdavid1 wrote: > > Thank you . You are so kind to take the time to give me this > information. Guest guest
I know the area well, as we go to March often and also over to the Riverside to the Mission Inn and you were about 20 miles down the road from me close to Moreno Valley. Do you like Tx better? My husband spent 35 years in Abilene and the last 20 here with me. Yes we were neighbors. Hugs, MarvaNew MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Guest guest
The Mission Inn! Oh how I remember! Especially at Christmas! I do like Texas very much. Actually, it's a whole different world, I never realized it. I am learning to cook a different way now (new and improved). And........ I love the people, they make you feel right at home.
