When you started to study Qigong, did you experience any shaking, like there is a current coming from the ground that is too much for you and makes you shake as a result? If yes, was that a beginners thing and went away with time? I experienced that when I started to study Taijiquan and did Zhan zhuang (standing Pole, a form of Qigong) exercises as a preparation exercise, but after some time that feeling (or rather movement) went away. However, I have a friend who has been meditating for years and she is still shaking sometimes. I am worried that that could point to some problems, maybe she is doing something wrong.
