Protection from and Tranference of Evil Qi

One of my friends who is into crystal healing share

with me her methods. As she heals people, she would

hold a crystal on the left hand (the receptive hand)to

absorb the negative energy. And her right, she would

have another crystal acting as a terminal end whereby

all the sick and negative energy would be transferred

to the other crystal.

 

Then after, the crystal on the right hand will half

buried on the ground with the sharp end pointing

upward so the negative energy would be absorbed by the

Earth. If the crystal need to be energized, it will

be placed under the sun to energize it.

 

I used her concept in a short meditation to prepare

myself after healing if I felt I have absorbed some of

the negative chi. Just visualize that you have a

cable running from your sacrum and connecting deep

down into the earth like the roots of the tree going

down. Then feel the Earth drawing all the negative

energy from your bod.

 

This process is called " grounding " . Grounding is not

just for protection purposes but to allow any unwanted

energy to be tranfered elsewhere so we remained safe.

The concept is just very similar to a three pin plug

used in some electrical appliances where there is a

grounding end.

 

Also, if those of you in meditation, visualise

yourself drawing the energy from the Heaven and Earth

by connecting yourself to the source. Draw their

energy and then conjure with your mind a bubble or a

cloud of white protective aura around you and your

client. Have the intention that this aura will

prevent and inhibit any evil chi to be tranfered out

or absorbed in.

 

If you guys know any other method of protecting

oneself, let me know.

 

And do let me know if whether using the thumb in

reflexology really do absorb the evil chi more easily.
