Guest guest
Not everyone has access to TCM healers or even to Chinese herbs. If a person suspects s/he is Qi Deficient, what are some of the safest and available herbs or foods which are Qi tonic? Hopefully readers can list some foods which are available in most supermarkets or herbs which are likely to be available even in health food stores in small towns. What are some commonly available foods and herbs which are Yin tonic and the safest?
