Please do. A lot of people on the list have trouble getting books. The list of Yang tonic foods would be good for the next one as people who are Kidney Yin Deficient almost always are Kidney Yang Deficient to a lesser degree, and vice versa. For those new to TCM, the Kidneys supply the Yin and Yang for the rest of the body. Because of both Kidney Deficiencies being present if one is (though in lesser degree), Kidney Yin tonic formulas usually contain at least one Kidney Yang tonic herb, and Kidney Yang tonic formulas usually contain at least one Kidney Yin tonic herb. One thing to keep in mind when choosing foods if one is Kidney Yin Deficient is to also include some foods which are Kidney Yang tonic. (And vice versa.) Yin Deficiency can affect other Organs - like the Liver, Stomach, etc. The thing about Liver Yin Deficiency is that Kidney Yin Deficiency frequently is present too (but not always).
