Guest guest
Hi Tay, I have a curious question..... I have seen these translations before and wondered where they came from. In TCM we learn different translations such as: Shen - Kidney San Jiao - TB Pi - Spleen Wei - Stomach Xu - Heart Gan - Liver Dan - GB and so on. Also the Zang Fu associations/pairings are different i.e. LI - LU, ST - SP, etc. Can you, or anyone, explain? > > ------------------------------ > Here are the associations: > Earthly Branches-ZangFuOrgan-Qi Flow in Meridian/Channel > Zi-Kidney-Gall > Chou-TripleBurner-Liver > Yin-Liver-Lung > Mao-Gallbladder-Large Int > Chen-Pericardium-Stomach > Si-Small Intestine-Spleen > Wu-Heart-Heart > Wei-Spleen-Small Int > Shen-Stomach-Urinary Bladder > You-Lung-Kidney > Xu-Large Intestine-Pericardium > Hai-Urinary Bladder-Triple Burner > > 12 selected BaguaTrigrams, Months, Seasons, Times(hours, whole > life, month, week, day), Pulses > are also assigned to these. > > I dont distinguish fengshui from TCM. > I have a patient who had a vase with a dead rose in it. > The vase had a big belly filled with slimy rotten water, the stem of > the rose > had slimy white fungus in the part that was in the vase belly, the > rose was dry in its upper portion. > The patient has ascites (very big belly with rotten fluids) with > heart yin deficiency (dry mouth restless). > First thing I said: remove that rotten plant :-) > I like to visit patients at home as this gives me an 'instant' > diagnosis on whats wrong. > > Greetings Tay. > > > >

I dont distinguish fengshui from TCM. I have a patient who had a vase with a dead rose in it. The vase had a big belly filled with slimy rotten water, the stem of the rose had slimy white fungus in the part that was in the vase belly, the rose was dry in its upper portion. The patient has ascites (very big belly with rotten fluids) with heart yin deficiency (dry mouth restless). First thing I said: remove that rotten plant :-) I like to visit patients at home as this gives me an 'instant' diagnosis on whats wrong. Greetings Tay.
