Sounds like a silly question...but I thought that the only reason to remove these teeth would be because there appeared to be trouble looming on the horizon. As in: coming in sideways; not enough room in the mouth; impaction; etc....and other predictions via modern dentistry. Did I mistake the question? However, teeth have a connection to meridians, and the upper wisdom teeth are connected to the Spleen, the lower to the Kidney. So if they're removed, that might contribute to an imbalance in those meridians. That doesn't mean they should never be removed if they need to be extracted.
