Are acupuncturist bound by partner notification laws, particularly in NYS? I

know that doctors are required to report their HIV positive patients to the

health department.

 

If anyone has further information on this, please email me.

 

Also, are patients required to divulge their HIV status to their

acupuncturists? (again, NYS-specific information is appreciated).
