Guest guest
Just passing the infomation below to those concerned about the woeful state of health care coverage for Americans .....needless to say, as health care workers Acupuncturists ought to be interested in this latest effort to bring some sanity to the industry. JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) released a report today regarding a study and proposal for Universal Health Care authored in part by former US Surgeon General David Satcher, M.D. The report can be found on their website. Guest guest
TCM is covered in some states, even for medicaid. The fact that it was successful is the reason for the 'leverage' that the AMA is holding over political processes that would help and not hurt. It is like solar/alternative power, it works and it will make them go broke(power companies) turning energy generation into a community and individual building system. The same is true for TCM. Like a slow flood of success and knowledge, difficult to stop and inevitable. It is also true that if you did not have insurance and only a budget for a good accu - treatment specialist, it would be cheaper than most health care insurance systems.
