"Sun Zi's Art of War and Health Care: Military Science and Medical Science" that explores these metaphors in depth.

Dear Attilio and Z'ev,

This book seems to be listed by various distributors but currently unavailable. Can you recommend a source for this book?

Attilio,

I'm currently logged on to Amazon, and they list it as unavailable. Did you get the last copy? I've also check with Redwing's server to no avail and called Eastwind of Berkeley. They don't carry it. I'll have to check with Eastwind of San Francisco next.

Hi Emmanuel.

Emmanuel,

I can not help but be moved by your posts. What you convey is it an "inclination" of yours or a "learnt" thing.

If so how can one apart from aiming high but staying low realise such intunment (atunment) and possibly saw fertile ground to flourish one and patients alike.

Re: Traditional (TCM) Re: [Chinese Medicine] Sun Zi

Hi Attilio,

I'm rereading The Art of War translation by Griffith in anticipation of borrowing Z'ev's copy of Sun Zi's Art of War and Health Care: Military Science and Medical Science. I'm satisfied for now to proceed this way. I'm now a decade past graduate studies though I still attend graduate and postgraduate forums and seminars. I no longer push myself to study things between about early April and late October. Then as the yin of the year fills, I begin to retreat into longer meditative practices and deeper bookish studies. This cycle of external and internal work seem to fit with the cycles of my normal life these days. Thus, I view teaching a summer session as potentially injurious to the student unless we look at it as an athletic event .... which teaching and learning a semester's worth of material in 8 weeks definitely is.

If I hear of other sources of distribution, I'll let you know.
