I really want to second this!! I will start with a problem I am seeing a lot of which is HBP that swings between high and low. These people are on different BP meds. and it does seem like the high humidity we have had is a triggering factor. I have been reasonably successful in stabilizing it for the moment but am interested in learning more about the swings of extremes and the long term effect (those of you with a WM background can really help here). A company call Ayush which specializes in Auyvedic herbs makes a product which really helps lower blood pressure and the only other thing besides acupuncture that works so far in difficult cases is upping the BP meds (done by their cardiologist to whom I refer them so they can be followed during this time) but that leaves them with side effects of light headedness and dizzyness. However, my main concern is this up/down thing. Any understandings -- is it dangerous -- can they regulate their meds depending on the day and condtition (this for the extra dose only), etc. Thanks!
