Guest guest
Attilio: My wife and i took some 5HTP after feeling moody and depressed and for us it made us worse. We felt more moody, more depressed, ratty and nearly violent. Don't know the dosage but we only took one tab and then took it back. If it makes you sleepy take it at night. 5-htp is to help increase sleep and lift mood. I recently had work done on my kidney meridian and couldn't belive how much restful my sleep is now. I think I needed a little of both. Liz D. She says it really helps her mood. To the point where she will not run out of it. She has the tendency for blood and Yin vacuity, liver stag and heat. It has been a trying road, but she is much better now. Chris
