David,

Not sure if this is so but it could be inner court yard which is one English

translation of du 24(if I remember correctly) which is named Nei ( " inner " )

ting ( " courtyard " )

It is often combined with foot shao yang (minor yang?) channels and

collaterals loci, such as gb 13 root of the spirit(?) and for example gb 2

(name?) in auditory disorders and or mental emotional disorders...

Sure that depending on fine tuning diagnoses and so forth one can use it for

an array of manifestations...

Inner Neiting is used as an empirical point for food retention / indigestion. It is noted in CAM, page 423.

In searching online, I found that it is located opposite ST44, on the plantar surface of the foot. ST44 is Neiting, and Inner Neiting is on the other side. :)

I know it's been years since you posted, but I found it still online, and figured I would answer. In case you hadn't gotten it previously.
