Hi All,

 

In recent weeks, several people asked how to Subscribe to (or Un

from) discussion lists on .

 

In the following note, XXXX = the name of the List of interest, such as

Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, LIKEMLIST, MMDR-L, NoVAS-L, PA-L, PVA-L,

Chinese Medicine, etc.

 

To SUBSCRIBE to closed lists on :

 

1. In your email software, set your sender's ID to the address that you will use

for the List.

 

Email the List Owner <XXXX-Owner >, giving:

your name, address and professional qualifications (incl degrees, diplomas

Licentiates, etc., and the school(s) and year(s) of your qualifications.

 

2. At the SAME TIME, send a BLANK email to

<XXXX-Subscribe >.

 

To UNSUBSCRIBE to (quit) closed lists, set your sender's ID to the address

that have used if you are already a member of the list.

 

Then, simply send a BLANK email to

<XXXX-Un >.
