That's one thing I always get in trouble for on other lists. I've been told that the only recipe's that I approve of are one's I've written myself! Not true. However, If I were to adapt it to levels that are acceptable to ME (to ME! ;-) 1 drop Ginger 2 drops Lemon 2 drops Grapefruit. 1tsp (5ml carrier oil) Personally, I don't like to use Citrus in a foot bath or tub, as to me it feels' like ant's biting.
