Lemon Soap Rebatch

Howdy Folks,

Hope the weekend is/was wonderful for everyone ...

Some time ago I made a (BIG) batch of lemon soap with whole pureed

lemons and I am assuming that the strong citric acid neutralized some of

the lye's pH because I ended up with a soft, slimy, unmoldable mass that

would suds in water :( So I put it aside ...

Finally today I rebatched that " lye light " lemon soap with some soap I

made a while ago which had come out lye heavy .. used a brown sugar

solution as my rebatching liquid ... added a blend which contains Lemon

and Lemon Myrtle Essential Oils .. and now I have a very nice batch of

Hand Milled Candied Citrus Zest Soap - a special scent for the holidays :)

Oh it smells absolutely scrumptious and lathers so incredibly

nicely from the brown sugar!
