Holiday Swap Details

Howdy Folks,

We are having a Holiday Goodies Swap If you are interested in

participating e-mail me, Chris, the list mom, at chrisziggy1.

It may take me a day to get back to you, but I will

Here are the details. I will assign all interested folks a swap buddy

(or two if requested). Those assignments will begin to be handed out

starting this coming weekend (as I get more participants). To keep this

fun, the buddies whom you are sending gifts to and the buddies you are

recieving gifts from will not be the same person, and the identies of

the buddies' whom you are getting gifts from will remain secret until

after all of the packages are sent (For example I will send a gift to

Jenny but I will get a gift from Maria and not know it was Maria who

sent me a gift until the end of the swap, and Maria will get a gift from

Suzy and not know it was from her until the end of the swap .... and so

on .... )

You will be directly sending your swap gift to your swap buddy and you

will receive a swap gift directly from your swap buddy. Gifts should be

handmade and be worth no less than $10 retail and no more than $20

retail (I'm figuring about $15 retail is a nice number). Be sure the

package you are sending to your buddy would be something you would feel

happy and satisfied getting in a swap, no skimping, but do not go

overboard either I trust all of your discretion in this matter

Ship all items the least expensive method you can, but please get

delivery tracking on all shipments!

Please have all swap items shipped to your buddies no later than

December 7th, that gives us a little over a month to get ourselves

together here and that gets them out before Chanukah starts

Oh, and to put the main swap fear to rest .. if you are the unlucky one

to get a poopy swap partner who never sends anything .. I will be sure

to not only publically embarass the heck out them as being a bum and

grinch but I will also make sure you get a box of goodies, from

another buddy or myself!
