Guest guest
Howdy Folks and Happy Friday Night, I know my list get topically side tracked at times, but that is why I called it Oils, Herbs ETC .. the ETC gives us a lot of leeway to be people - from ALL over the globe - who can just talk about what is on our minds in general, and I think that is important. I want to publicly thank Butch Owen .. our personal John Wayne for all of his knowledgeable input on this list on MANY of the various topics we talk about, Oils, Herbs, Etc ... and I want to publicly thank everyone else too! I don't want anyone to ever feel they cannot start a thread on a topic they want to chat about (unless you are promoting YL, then you will get blasted *LOL*). If you want more talk on oils folks .. BRING IT UP .. if you wanna talk about more herbs .. BRING IT UP .. that's all ya have to do! Don't complain others haven't brought up the subject, cause f ya take it upon yourself and I GUARANTEE that someone on this list will respond and chat about it! I hope y'all have a GREAT and SAFE weekend everybody .. in all of the 8 countries on this list! *Smile* Chris (list mom) Celtic Sea Salt - BIG Sale http://www.alittleoflactory.com
Guest guest
There's nothing wrong with being flag wavers, it's just that we don't do it much over here. If you belong to an international list, then you have to learn that different cultures and different countries have different ways of showing their love of the country and their pride in that country. Britain was a very proud nation back during WW2 but then maybe the complainant isn't old enough to remember that. We're still proud of our country and what it stands for, its just that that typical British reserve gets in the way sometimes. Scots particularly are very proud of Scotland, and although we don't wave our flags much I bet some of you over there could think of ways that we show our patriotism (kilts, haggis and a' that!) (Just so you don;'t think all Brits think the same) Regards Ann - Scotland - herbandteas 10 November 2001 05:49 Re: Thank You Butch and ALL Of You For ALL Of Your Input BTW Whats wrong with being flag wavers???
